Established in 2009, SEE CLEAR is a boutique 501c3 community and economic development corporation. SEE CLEAR offers youth and adult services that ignite creative and economic opportunities, provides answers to social challenges, and strengthens community vibrancy through multi-media arts, technology, and entrepreneurial initiatives. Co-founded by Curtis and Tracey Reaves, SEE CLEAR is located in the City of McKeesport, PA and serves our immediate community, along with residents in the lower Mon Valley, and beyond.
